The Mighty M.H.

Once in a while everybody needs something diffrent to come along to break away from the mundane.I feel that im a break for southern rap,a artist from the south who can spit and speak in a way that can be felt by the masses.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Muhammad has been doing the lyrical thing since the tender age of 9. It all started when he had to write a rap for a Black History Month Episode of Carver Countdown, which was his elementry school's weekend radio show broadcasted on WYNN 106.3.Muhammad didn't write the rap as he was suppose to but instead freestyled it live on the air. This was the spark that allowed him to realize his talents . Over the years he honed his skills in battles and in his notepad. He became known as a deadly battle rapper, which isn't always common in the south, but his high vocabulary aided his efforts. He won numerous Talent shows as a member of Local R&B group "Intimate Obsession" and as a hired gun in a local rap group known as "Da Cipher" and he also won a solo show.Later he competed in some of the Summer Shows at the Parks at Iola Jones Pork(North Florence) North West Florence Park(West Florence) ,and Levy Park(East Florence). He has also proformed at the Lyricst Lounge (formally the Pegasus Lounge).Muhammad was later blessed with a son ,so he left the music thing behind and went into the Sales world working with many top Technology Companies including Aol Time Warner among others. He gradually went back towards the music. As southern rap rose on the landscape of the music industry,Muhammad as a rapper living in the south had to try and retool his voice and skills to sound more regional. A little later in life while doing time Muhammad took the time to work on his music and has written enough material for 2 albums but is quietly and sometimes not so quietly tooling away in the studio to perfect the tracks. The tracks you hear here are merely rough drafts top see what the feed back is from the world community that has become SoundClick..
